Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size of the item. We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries, and rates apply to all areas in South Africa. We do not offer free delivery.

Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days. Orders placed before 13:00 on weekdays are processed the same or next business day. Orders after 13:00 on Friday or over the weekend are shipped the following Monday.

Yes! Once your order has been collected by The Courier Guy, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

You may return or exchange a product within 7 days of delivery, provided it’s unused, in original packaging, not installed, and all accessories are intact. Learn more.

If the item was delivered in good condition, the customer is responsible for the return courier fees. Refunds exclude original shipping costs.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t been packaged or shipped. After that, cancellation isn’t possible.

Insurance is optional but strongly recommended. Build It Plus Klerksdorp is not liable for lost or damaged items if no insurance was added at the time of purchase.
