We pride ourselves in getting your order to you in the quickest and most efficient way possible. We know how excited you are!

SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping costs depends on the area the item is being shipped to as well as size of the item purchased. These rates are calculated via The Courier Guy courier services.

We DO NOT offer free delivery on any items or any amount.

Rates apply to all areas/provinces in South Africa.

In cases where courier guy not being able to deliver the order due to factors such as high-risk area, customer will be required to arrange collection at stipulated address by means of one’s own expense

SHIPPING TIME:

Order Processing and Delivery Policy:

• Orders made before 13:00 (Monday – Friday)(excluding public holidays) will be shipped the same day or on the next working day.
• Orders placed after 13:00 (Monday – Thursday)(excluding public holidays) will be shipped by the following business day.
• Orders placed after 13:00 on Fridaywill be shipped on the following Monday.
• Orders placed on public holidays and weekendswill be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Delivery Time: Orders take 5 – 7 working days to be delivered.

Should you require express delivery, please contact us to obtain a delivery charge estimate and to make the necessary arrangements.

SHIPPING COMPANY & TRACKING:
We use The Courier Guy for all our shipping requirements. Once you have made your order you will get an automatic confirmation email and once your package has been collected by the courier, we will send you a tracking number so you can count down the arrival minutes of your best purchase to date!

Insurance Requirement

Please ensure that insurance is added to all items at the time of purchase.
Build It Plus Klerksdorp will not be held responsible for any replacements, refunds, or compensation for items that do not have liability coverage.
Protect your purchase by securing the necessary insurance to avoid any potential losses.
